Appointment Bookings and Confirmations

Submission of an online booking request through our website does not constitute a guaranteed appointment. All bookings are provisional until formally confirmed by our clinic staff via telephone or digital messaging. The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments based on clinical urgency or practitioner availability.

Consent for Electronic Communication

By engaging our services, you provide express consent to be contacted via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS for the purposes of appointment management, clinical follow-ups, and preventative health recalls. It is the patient’s sole responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and updated.

Patient Responsibility and Medical Accuracy

The provision of safe dental care relies on the accuracy of the information provided. Patients are required to provide a complete and truthful medical history. The Clinic and its practitioners shall not be held liable for clinical complications or adverse reactions resulting from the non-disclosure of medical conditions, medications, or allergies.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We operate a professional schedule to ensure timely care for all patients. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. The Clinic reserves the right to impose a Late Cancellation Fee or a No-Show Fee for appointments cancelled without sufficient notice or for repeated failures to attend scheduled visits.

Limitation of Liability regarding Third-Party Platforms

While the Clinic employs secure protocols for data handling, we utilize third-party communication providers (e.g., WhatsApp, Email hosting, SMS gateways). The Clinic shall not be held liable for any privacy breaches or data leaks occurring on or through these third-party platforms beyond our direct control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
